INGREDIENTS

3 garlic cloves

ginger root about 5cm long

4 green onions

1 sweet pepper

240 g boiled rice

2 eggs

10 large peeled shrimp

6 art. l. green peas

3 art. l. soy sauce

1 tsp fish sauce

2 tbsp. l. sesame or vegetable oil

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Step 1

Peel the garlic and ginger, chop as finely as possible.

Step 2

Chop green onion and sweet pepper.

Step 3

Fluff the rice with a fork.

Step 4

Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat with a fork.

Step 5

In a wide thick-walled frying pan, heat the oil, over high heat, stirring constantly, fry the pepper for 1 minute. Then add garlic, ginger and after 30 seconds - shrimp. Fry everything together for about a minute.

Step 6

Add rice and green peas, stir and fry over medium heat for 4-5 minutes. Push the shrimp rice aside to clear the middle of the pan and pour in the eggs. Fry, stirring with a wooden spatula to seize the protein, and then mix with rice.

Step 7

Sprinkle rice first with a little sugar, then drizzle with soy sauce and mix. Add the fish sauce, stir again and fry the rice for about 2 minutes. Turn off the fire, sprinkle rice with vegetables with green onions. Serve hot.
