Peasant breakfast




 Ingredients


 Boiled sausage 100 g

 Smoked loin 100 g

 Onion 75 g

 Egg 7 pieces

 Milk 100 ml

 Potato 800 g

 Butter 50 g

 Salted cucumbers 200 g

 green onion 30 g

 Salt tast

Cooking instructions 30 minutes

 1. Cut the loin, sausage and peeled onion into cubes and fry.

 2. Boil potatoes, peel and cut into slices, fry in butter.  Put everything together in a skillet.

 3. Mix eggs with milk, beat slightly, salt and pour the mixture into a pan with potatoes and sausage, put in a heated oven, bake.

 4. When serving, sprinkle with chopped green onions.  Serve pickled cucumbers separately.
