Homemade shawarma

 



Shawarma according to this recipe is very tasty and satisfying - crispy pita bread, juicy fragrant chicken, lots of vegetables and a very tasty summer sauce. Try it with this sauce! Ingredients

Lavash thin - 4 pcs. (cut out the desired shape)

Chicken thighs (fillet) - 400 g

White cabbage (Beijing, lettuce) - 150 g

Cucumber - 100 g

Paprika - 1/3 teaspoon

For sauce:

Sour cream 20% - 100 g

Cucumber - 50 g

Lemon (lime) juice - 1 teaspoon

Dijon mustard - 1 teaspoon

Sugar - 1 teaspoon without a slide

Salt - 0.5 tsp (to taste)

ground pepper (optional) - to taste

Garlic (optional) - to taste
