Pie with tangerines on kefir

It is good to bake such a cake in a form with a hole - like for a cake or in a rectangular one. The dough turns out to be quite dense, heavy, so it bakes worse in ordinary round ones, and in the middle it sticks out with a high, ugly slide.

INGREDIENTS

350 g wheat flour of the highest grade

250 ml kefir

180 g sugar

160 g odorless vegetable oil

3 eggs

1 tsp (5 g) baking powder

3 medium tangerines

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Step 1

Turn on the oven to heat up to 180 degrees. Peel the tangerines and divide into slices - they will lie beautifully on the tangerine pie. Grease the form with butter or vegetable oil and dust with flour.

Step 2

Beat the eggs with sugar and, continuing to beat, alternately add kefir and vegetable oil. Kefir for tangerine pie is best used at room temperature.

Step 3

Add tangerine slices and flour along with baking powder. Kefir pie dough should be gently but thoroughly mixed with a spoon or spatula.

Step 4

Put the dough into the mold. Smooth with a spatula, lightly tap on the surface of the table. Air bubbles must be removed, otherwise voids may form in the finished tangerine pie.

Step 5

Put the form with the dough in the oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake the pie with tangerines on kefir for 50-55 minutes. Readiness check with a wooden stick.

Kefir can be replaced with 10% fat sour cream, and for flavor in a cupcake, rub the tangerine zest on a fine grater.
