Ingredients
For test:
Butter (chilled) - 180 g
Sour cream - 50 g
Egg - 1 pc.
Sugar - 100 g
Flour - approximately 430 g
Baking powder - 1 tsp
Salt - 0.5 tsp
Vanilla sugar - 1 tsp

For filling:
Lemons - 2 pcs.
Oranges - 2 pcs.
Sugar - 150 g (to taste)
Corn starch - 30 g

Sift flour into a bowl, add baking powder, sugar, salt, vanilla sugar, mix with a whisk.
2- Pour cold butter into flour.
3-Then grind everything into small crumbs with your hands.
4-Make a well in the flour crumbs, add sour cream, an egg and knead a soft dough.
5-Prepare the filling.
Peel off the oranges, remove the membranes and seeds, we only need the pulp. From lemons, grate the zest. Then cut off the skin, remove the seeds and partitions. Combine the pulp with the zest and grind with a blender to the desired consistency.
6-Pour the citrus mass into a saucepan, add sugar and corn starch, mix.
7-We put the saucepan on the stove, cook over low heat, stirring constantly until thickened. Remove from fire.
Cover with foil “in contact” so that there is no crust on top and leave to cool completely.
8-Spread the filling evenly over the dough.
9-On top of the filling, grate the second part of the dough on a coarse grater, evenly distributing it over the surface.
Bake the cake in a preheated oven at 190 degrees for about 40 minutes, until golden brown. Baking times may vary depending on your oven.
